Mashed Beef

The beef is watered to remove the blood foam. Fish out for spare

Slice the green onion and ginger, smash the donkey-hide gelatin with the back of a knife, and control the juice out of the mash for later use

Add oil in a hot pan, add star anise and fragrant, add green onion, ginger and beef, and stir-fry

Add soy sauce, soy sauce color

Pour the glutinous rice juice (wider, you can add beer if it is not enough), add donkey-hide gelatin to the boiling pot

Simmer for about an hour, collect the juice and bring it out of the pot
