Mashed Potato Meatballs

Potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree

Mix mashed potatoes, minced meat, salt, five-spice powder, minced ginger, cornstarch, eggs

Stir in one direction

Croquettes

Deep-fried until the meatballs are browned

Take it out and eat it while it is hot.
Tips:
The meatballs just out of the pot are charred on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious. If the meatballs are chilled, and the oil is heated up and fried again, it will be equally delicious.
