Mashed Potato Salad

1. After the potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and put them in a container, and steam for 10 minutes in a pot filled with water (the potatoes are cubed for quick cooking and easy to mash)

2. When steaming, cut the ham and cucumber into cubes and put them in another container (you can add some if you like to add carrots and egg whites)

3. The corn kernels should be blanched in water no matter where they are bought. Many foods in plastic packaging have preservatives in them.

4. Take the steamed potatoes out and let them cool, and mash them with one end of the head of a rolling pin at home (self-research method)
