Mashed Potato Salad

Onion/Potato/Egg Salad/Vegetables/Ham

Eggs in a pan under cold water, boil for five minutes and remove.
Scald the miscellaneous vegetables and remove them for later use.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.

Dice eggs, onions, and ham and set aside.

Add the potatoes while they are hot, and blanch the soft onions at the remaining temperature.
