Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, and boil in water

Put the boiled potatoes out and put them in a bowl to mash them

Cut the onion into small pieces, slice the cucumber into thin slices, the thinner the better, and the cooked egg into small pieces for later use

Melt butter in hot pan

Put the onion in and fry, and fry for two minutes

Then pour the mashed potatoes in and fry them together
7.
Stir fry for two minutes, let cool, add two spoons of salad dressing and mix well

Then add the egg and cucumber and mix well
9.
Refrigerate the mixed mashed potatoes for 20 minutes

Take out the frozen mashed potatoes and serve them on a plate
