Matcha Almond Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature

Put in powdered sugar, white sugar and salt

Use a manual whisk to mix the sugar and butter well

Add egg liquid in batches and mix well, each time the egg liquid and butter are fully fused and then added to the next

Add sifted low-gluten flour and matcha powder

Mix well into matcha cookie dough

Add chopped almonds, almonds and matcha cookie dough and mix well

Put the matcha almond dough in a fresh-keeping bag for shaping, I knead it into two kinds of round and square, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours

Put the cold hard biscuit dough slices in the baking tray

Put it in the middle layer of the 180 degree preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes
Tips:
1. The recipe of this dough is modified from cookies;
2. Almond slices can be used for almonds, so there is no need to chop them;
3. The baking time is adjusted with the thickness of the biscuit.
