The recipe comes from the biscuit laboratory. I made half of the original recipe and used the matcha powder of Ruozhu. The color is fresh and the taste is not too sweet! "

Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. The butter is softened at room temperature, low in powder, matcha powder, and almond powder through a sieve.

2. Mix the butter with icing sugar and beat with a whisk until it is slightly whitish.

3. Add the whole egg liquid in portions and mix well.

4. Add the sifted powder and mix well.

5. Add chocolate beans and mix well.

6. Knead the dough into a cylindrical shape and freeze it with grease-covered paper. Freeze hard, about 1 hour.

7. Cut into 0.5 cm pieces.

8. In the middle of the oven, heat up to 170 degrees and lower to 160 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.

Tips:

Half of the original recipe is 7 grams of matcha powder, which tastes a bit bitter. Let's try 5 grams. If there is no salted butter, you can use unsalted butter, just add a little salt to the recipe.
