Matcha Cranberry Mochi

Be prepared to need matcha powder, dried cranberries, butter, milk, eggs and mochi bread mix.

Put the milk and butter together in the milk pan, heat on low heat until the butter melts.

After letting cool a bit, add egg liquid and mix well.

Add cranberries and mix well.

Tips:
1. The non-stick baking pan is used in the recipe, if it is a normal baking pan, it needs to be covered with greased paper to prevent sticking.
2. You can replace the matcha powder with purple potato powder, pumpkin powder, cocoa powder, etc., if you don't have these powders, you don't need to add it.
