Jelly pectin can not only clear away heat and dampness, cool blood and relieve heat, but also beautify the skin, cool and detoxify, and have curative effects on arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, heatstroke, colds, etc. The white jelly is boiled with matcha powder, and the taste is more satisfying.

Matcha Jelly

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Mix the jelly and sugar well.

3. Add matcha powder.

4. Stir well.

5. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

6. Boil the remaining water.

7. Pour in the blended matcha jelly, stir while pouring, and turn on and off the heat.

8. Pour it into an ice tray and let it cool to form a paste.

Tips:

1. When pour the paste jelly into the boiling water, remember to stir the slurry evenly while pouring to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
2. Stir clockwise when stirring. The jelly will be more delicate in taste. Don't stir it indiscriminately.
