Matcha Jelly

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the jelly and sugar well.
3.
Add matcha powder.
4.
Stir well.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Boil the remaining water.

Pour in the blended matcha jelly, stir while pouring, and turn on and off the heat.
8.
Pour it into an ice tray and let it cool to form a paste.
Tips:
1. When pour the paste jelly into the boiling water, remember to stir the slurry evenly while pouring to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
2. Stir clockwise when stirring. The jelly will be more delicate in taste. Don't stir it indiscriminately.
