Matcha Mochi Bread

Add milk and eggs to the mochi premix powder, sift in the matcha powder and milk powder, and stir evenly into a dough

Add butter that has been softened at room temperature to the dough, knead the dough evenly, and knead until it is close to the expanded state.

The oven is equipped with upper and lower pipes, the temperature is 170°C, and the time is 25 minutes, press the start button to automatically preheat

Divide the dough into 20g pieces, knead round until the surface is smooth, and place in a baking pan lined with silicone oil paper
5.
After preheating, put the baking tray into the oven and press the start button
Tips:
1. The smoother the surface is when it is rounded, the better it will look after being out of the oven;
2. I use Toshiba stone kiln oven D7-428A, different oven temperature and time are different, everyone should pay attention to the situation of mochi~
