The little Madeleine turns into a matcha flavor, would you like it? This mold is very mini, made out of small, very fun.

Matcha Shell Madeleine

1. 1. Knock the eggs into the bowl of the cook machine and beat them up

2. 2. Add xylitol and mix well

3. 3. Sift in low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder and mix well

4. 4. Add honey and mix well

5. 5. Add matcha powder and mix well

6. 6. Cut the butter into small pieces and melt it in water, then add it and mix well

7. 7. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour

8. 8. After the refrigerated batter is warmed, put it into a piping bag.

9. 9. Squeeze the batter into the mold, and heat the middle layer of the oven to 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Tips:

The temperature and baking time of the oven are not fixed, you should adjust them according to your own oven.
