Matcha Tofu Jelly

Prepare materials. Gelatine tablets are soaked in warm water to soften. The lactone tofu is drained of water.

Add icing sugar to the whipped cream and mix well.

Add the drained lactone tofu and mix well.
4.
Sift the mixed tofu whipped cream.

The sifted tofu paste is heated over low heat. (Don’t burn)

Add matcha powder in portions, add once, and mix well until there are no particles.
7.
Add the soaked gelatin tablets and mix well until there is no graininess.
8.
Pour the mixed paste into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Tips:
1. White sugar can also be used. When heating, stir until it melts.
2. Gelatin tablets can also be replaced with agar or jelly powder.
3. After sieving, the taste will be smoother.
