Matsutake and Cheese Baked Rice | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Dice carrots, green peppers, and onions. Set aside.

Cut the bacon into sections and set aside.

Put butter in a hot pan, fry the wake-up (beef wa) freeze-dried matsutake mushrooms until golden brown, and serve.

Fry the bacon thoroughly and serve.

Using the oil in the bottom of the pot, stir-fry the carrots, green peppers, and onions, add some salt and black pepper, and stir well.

Spread the fried ingredients on the rice, put the cheese slices on it, then put it in the oven or microwave for a few minutes, then you can enjoy it.
Tips:
1. You can flexibly choose other seasonal vegetables as ingredients.
2. Fry the bacon so that it doesn't feel too greasy.
