Matsutake and Yam Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs, cut them off, blanch them in boiling water, remove them, peel the yam and cut into pieces

Rinse the matsutake mushroom and soak it in water for 30 minutes
3.
Put water, ribs, matsutake, and ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil
4.
Cover and turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
5.
Add yam, simmer for another 20 minutes until cooked, add salt to taste before serving
