Matsutake Chicken Soup Wonton | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Wash the coriander and cut into sections, set aside.

Bring the broth to a boil, add the dried shrimps and (beef wa) freeze-dried matsutake mushrooms. After a while, stir up the pot.

In a separate pot, boil the water, add the wontons, cook, and add to the stock.

Sprinkle with coriander and appropriate amount of soy sauce and enjoy.
Tips:
1. (Beef Wa) Freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, wake up in 30 seconds, no foaming and no washing, can be cooked directly in the pot
2. The broth can be chicken broth or bone broth.
