Matsutake Lean Meat Sauce

Pork purée bought back from the supermarket

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Homemade Chinese Matsutake

Fry the large pieces of Chinese matsutake with scissors

Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

Add pork puree and stir fry

Stir-fry until the color changes and add some cooking wine

Continue to stir fry the pork puree thoroughly

Add oil matsutake

Add Gingerle Sauce

Add sweet noodle sauce

Add tomato sauce and stir well

Add some water to boil together

Add some light soy sauce

Add some sugar and turn to low heat to make the juice thick

Tips:
The mashed pork must be simmered thoroughly, it tastes delicious! I didn't add salt, you can add more if it tastes heavy!
