Use your own Matsutake mushrooms and stir-fry them into pureed pork to make a sauce. Fried noodles and bibimbap with it are absolutely delicious!

Matsutake Lean Meat Sauce

1. Pork purée bought back from the supermarket

2. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

3. Homemade Chinese Matsutake

4. Fry the large pieces of Chinese matsutake with scissors

5. Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

6. Add pork puree and stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the color changes and add some cooking wine

8. Continue to stir fry the pork puree thoroughly

9. Add oil matsutake

10. Add Gingerle Sauce

11. Add sweet noodle sauce

12. Add tomato sauce and stir well

13. Add some water to boil together

14. Add some light soy sauce

15. Add some sugar and turn to low heat to make the juice thick

16. Add sesame oil

17. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds

18. Stir fry evenly

Tips:

The mashed pork must be simmered thoroughly, it tastes delicious! I didn't add salt, you can add more if it tastes heavy!
