My friend brought back instant matsutake from Yunnan. The taste is relatively heavy. It happens to be used to make noodles with meat sauce. It tastes good. "

Ingredients

Matsutake Meat Sauce Noodles

1. Chop the lean meat into minced meat.

2. Heat oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir fry until the color is completely changed.

3. Several accessories.

4. Add the right amount of ready-to-eat matsutake, soybean paste, tempeh paste and wheat paste.

5. Add a little light soy sauce, stir-fry the meat sauce over low heat and it's ready.

6. The noodles are cooked in a pot.
