Matsutake Vegetable Millet Congee | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Dice carrots, dice greens, and shred ginger. Set aside.

Wash the millet and set aside.

Prepare the broth and set aside.

Put the millet in the broth, add appropriate amount of water and ginger, and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

1. You can choose chicken broth or bone broth as the stock.
2. Other seasonal vegetables can be used as side dishes.
