Meal for One Person ~ Fried Noodles.

Carrots and cucumbers are shredded (please ignore my knife skills). Cut the lean meat into small pieces and marinate in oil and salt for later use.

After the noodles boil for two minutes, remove the drained water.

Put a little oil in the pan, put the lean meat on a low heat and stir fry for a while.

Add the carrots and continue to fry.

Add some boiling water and cucumber.

Put a little beef sauce and tomato sauce according to personal taste. The sauce in the picture has been mixed. The beef sauce is a bit spicy, but very fragrant.

Pour in the noodles and chopped green onion.

Finally, add some soy sauce, and stir-fry the oyster sauce twice. The noodles tend to stick to the pan.
9.
Turn off the heat, put the lid on, and wait for a while.
10.
Get your fork ready, start it!
