Meat Buns

I only used half a packet of yeast powder and mixed it with warm water

Put the mixed flour dough in a clean pot, put it in a warm pot and wait for it to ferment

Minced meat, green onion, eggs, chicken essence, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, mix well and set aside. If you like to eat other fillings, you can adjust it according to your personal taste

Ferment to a honeycomb shape. If you have time, it is better to ferment the noodles and ferment them twice.

Divide the reconciled noodles into small balls, squeeze them and wrap them. The size depends on personal preference.

Remember to leave a space between each bun

Put it in a warm pot and let it sit for about 10 minutes, because the steamed buns will ferment and expand. Remember to stuff some water on the surface of the bun before steaming
