Meat Pie

Cut the meat into cubes (the size of a little fingernail), and cut the ginger into froth.

Pour a little cooking wine and 50 grams of yellow sauce (don't put salt in the meat, just put enough yellow sauce, don't be salty).

Marinate it overnight and make it the next day.

Warm water and noodles

Tips:
The diced meat was marinated in the sauce overnight, and the sauce was full of aroma. Be sure to pinch the edges tightly when stacking the cakes, otherwise the juice will flow out.
