Meatloaf full of sauce, one bite of meat!

Meat Pie

1. Cut the meat into cubes (the size of a little fingernail), and cut the ginger into froth.

2. Pour a little cooking wine and 50 grams of yellow sauce (don't put salt in the meat, just put enough yellow sauce, don't be salty).

3. Marinate it overnight and make it the next day.

4. Warm water and noodles

5. Put the lid on and wake up for about two hours.

6. Chop the green onions and put them together with the diced meat.

7. Add oyster sauce, olive oil and pepper, mix well.

8. Take out a part of the noodles and roll the noodles into a strip.

9. Put the minced meat on, be careful not to leave a part on the right side.

10. Fold the surface layer by layer, and pinch the outside tightly.

11. Continue to "fold the quilt"

12. The folded meatloaf.

13. Heat the electric baking pan, add the oil, put the meatloaf, and cover the lid. About six or seven minutes, turn it on, turn it over, and heat it for another two or three minutes. That's it.

14. The outside is burnt and the inside is tender, and the aroma is tangy.

Tips:

The diced meat was marinated in the sauce overnight, and the sauce was full of aroma. Be sure to pinch the edges tightly when stacking the cakes, otherwise the juice will flow out.
