Meat Sauce Pasta

Wash the ingredients and prepare them.

Finely chop onion, garlic, carrot and celery.

Peel and cut tomatoes.

The pasta is cooked in boiling water.

After removing the noodles in cold water, stir in a small amount of olive oil.

Raise the pan.

After the oil is hot, add the minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add minced onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, chopped carrots, chopped celery, 200ml water, and tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

According to personal taste, add salt, white sugar, crushed black pepper, and various spices. Cook on low heat until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat.

Add cheese powder and mix well.

Just pour on the pasta.
Tips:
1. The pasta has been taken out of the water to keep the taste chewy. The purpose of adding oil and mixing is to prevent the noodles from sticking when preparing the sauce.
2. The prepared sauce can be poured directly on the noodles or mixed in the pot, just as you like.
