Meat Sauce Pasta

After the water has boiled, add the pasta and cook for ten minutes. Lift up, run over cold water, drip in a small amount of olive oil and stir for later use.

While cooking the noodles, dice tomatoes, onions, and pork (the meat is best chopped into puree). Pour a small amount of cooking wine and soy sauce on the pork. Put olive oil, add onion and saute at low temperature, add meat puree, finally add tomato, and stir fry with salt. Add the right amount of tomato paste.

Add tomato sauce and water. Medium and small fire, wait until the juice is collected.

There are two types of serving: one is to put the noodles on the dinner plate and pour the soup. One is to put the noodles in the broth and stir fry for a while to start the pot.
