Meatball Loofah Soup

Prepare the ingredients;

Put the meatballs in the refrigerator overnight in advance to thaw;

Peel and wash the loofah;
4.
Cut the hob block;

Tips:
1. When the loofah is cooked, because the loofah is rich in water and juice, it should be cut and made to avoid nutrient loss.
2. Sprinkle the chopped green onion when it's on the table, so that the fragrance will not dissipate so quickly.
