1. Prepare 2 catties of pork puree, crush the tofu, and put it in the pork puree.

2. Beat in two eggs, add green onion and ginger, add salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, starch, and stir in one direction to form balls.

3. Bring 50% oil to the pan and fry on low heat until golden brown to remove the oil control.

4. Leave oil in the bottom of the pot, put green onions, ginger, dried red pepper, star anise, braised soy sauce, oyster sauce, add water, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and add tofu balls.

5. Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Collect juice on high heat, thicken water starch, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
