Medicated Chicken Pot

First, let's deal with the free-range chickens.
At the Chinese meat stall in Toronto, it is easy to buy clean and chopped free-range chickens. The quality of the chicken determines the height of this dish.

In terms of medicinal materials, one can choose a medicine pack that has been prepared on the market, and second, visit a local Chinese medicine store (the doctor will recommend medicated diet formulas with different ingredients according to each person's different physique)

When using canned chicken soup, remember to try the saltiness of the soup in advance. Normally, I will use a 1:1 blend of water and chicken soup.
If you make the soup yourself, you can use 1500 ml of water, a chicken (with the skin removed), and 2-3 pork bones, and cook it for 3-4 hours.
