Mediterranean Baked Seafood

Cut the ingredients. Dice the onion, cut the steamed potatoes, peel the skin and cut the cod, and cut the squid.

Handling yellow sweet peppers Put the yellow sweet peppers directly on the stove, and roast them until the outer skins are evenly charred, then turn off the heat. Make the sauce (1) Turn on the heat, then add butter and flour to the pan, mix well, add the chopped onion, yellow sweet pepper, red pepper and milk. Heat well and mix well.

Making sauce (2) Pour the stir-fried sauce into a blender and stir well.

The sauce (3) is stirred in a blender, then poured into the pot and heated to make it thicker, adding a little salt and pepper during the heating process.

Pour olive oil into the fried seafood pan, first add potatoes and fry for a while, then add onions and cod. When the aroma of cod is fried, you can add squid and shrimp, add salt and black pepper at the end, stir fry and mix well.

Out of the pan, pour the fried seafood into the baking tray.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on the seafood, drizzle the prepared sauce, and then sprinkle shredded cheese.

Put the seafood and sauce in the oven and bake at the highest temperature for 5 minutes.
