Ingredients

Mei Cai Kou Po

1. After the dried plums are soaked, wash off the mud and chop them

2. Chop the ginger, onion and garlic and put it in an electric pressure cooker and sauté with vegetable oil. Add dried plums and vegetables, add oyster sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

3. Wash the pork belly and put it in a pressure cooker, blanch it in water, wait for the meat to be cooked and change color, then start the pot, put the pork belly in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, color and slice

4. Place the cut pork belly in a bowl with the skin side down, add the fried dried plums and put it in the microwave on high heat for 15 minutes.
