Mei Cai Kou Po

Prepare the pork belly and cook it under cold water. After the water boils, the meat will turn white. Wash the Mei Cai soaked hair, chop it up and set aside. Wash coriander, chives, and ginger well and chop finely.

Put 300ml of oil in the pan, deep fry the pork belly until the pork skin is golden brown, and wipe the salt and dark soy sauce from the pan while it is hot.

Chop the meat and let it cool, then slice into a plate.
