Mei Cai Meatloaf

Rinse first, then soak in cold water for half an hour and try the taste. If it is not salty, you can wash and chop it for later use.

The pork meat is washed and chopped. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, corn starch, light soy sauce, and edible oil to the pork, and stir evenly by hand.

Mix the cut plum vegetables and pork together, stir again, and then put water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put in the meat patties that have been seasoned, and steam for 8 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
When seasoning, it is recommended to stir by hand to make it easier to taste. Try not to stir with chopsticks. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes, not more than 10 minutes, otherwise the meat will be too old. You can put more and less plum vegetables according to personal preference, but I like to eat Mei Cai, so I put a little more.
