Mei Cai Meatloaf

Clean pork and plum vegetables.

Cut dried plums into strips.
3.
Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Cut the pork into thin slices and chop. (Hand chop has a better taste than machine stirring)

Add the right amount of salt.

Add a little sugar and cornstarch soy sauce.

Continue to chop (add a little water during the chop process to make the patties tender)

Add Mei Cai.

Continue to chop after adding Mei Cai.

Chop Mei Cai and mix well with minced meat.

Pat the meatloaf with your hands to give it a delicate taste.

Boil the water on a high fire, then put it in a pot and steam it over high heat.

It will be cooked in about eight minutes, (depending on the thickness of the patties) too cooked patties will not taste good.

Tips:
Because the dried plum is pickled with salt, salt is good for seasoning. If the plum is too salty, you don't need to add salt.
