Dried pickles are soaked in cold water for a few minutes, soak them slightly, then remove and drain the water.

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces, slice the ginger into thin slices, put in a larger bowl, pour two tablespoons of light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Stir the soaked dried pickles into the ribs, pour a spoonful of oil; after mixing well, put all the ingredients in the steaming bowl.

Boil the water in the steamer and steam it for an hour and a half (if you are using a pressure cooker, turn it to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes).
