Soften the butter to room temperature, add 15 grams of granulated sugar and beat until the color is whitish, add 3 egg yolks in turn, stir well each time, and then place another.

Sift in flour and cinnamon powder and mix well.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste three times.

Grease the six-inch mold in advance, take about 80 ml of cake batter, spread the bottom of the mold, and bake the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Then take out about 80 ml of cake batter, put it in the mold, and bake at 18 degrees for 5 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Tips:
The baking time for a single layer can be slightly increased. The level of my baking is not obvious this time, indicating that the baking time is not enough. Wait for the surface color to darken brown before proceeding to the next level of baking.
