Melaleuca Crepes
1.
Take a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and matcha powder, and mix well. Considering the taste and beauty, I used two different matcha powder blends.
2.
Take another large bowl and sift the evenly mixed powder.
3.
Slowly add the milk and mix well.
4.
Add eggs and mix well. I made an 8-inch gift and took a small photo to eat by myself, so I used 1.5 times the amount.
5.
Strain the mixture through a strainer, pour it into a large bowl, wrap it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
6.
Take a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and brush it with oil.
7.
Pour in the right amount of batter and shake the pan to distribute the batter evenly. What I made is 8 inches, about 30ml per pie.
8.
Heat it on a small fire, adjust the heating position appropriately until the surface is solidified, take it out and let it cool. Generally one is 18 floors.
9.
Put the cream and sugar in a large bowl and beat.
10.
Spread the dough flat and brush with a layer of cream.
11.
Cover with another layer of cake and repeat the operation to stack all the cakes.
12.
Take the matcha powder, sieve the top of the cake with a strainer, and cut into small pieces.
