Tips:
1. As long as the formula is correct, Baicui's bread machine can produce a good film, and the strength is absolutely sufficient.
2. Be careful when removing the skin, try not to get the tunica albuginea inside, it will be bitter if you get the tunica albuginea. If you like a stronger flavor, you can add another orange peel.
3. Pay attention to the state of fermentation of the dough. Basically, the dough is made to be 2.5-3 times the size. The dough is smooth and elastic when it is made. If you press it lightly with your fingers, it will immediately spring back to its original position. The fingerprints will not rebound, they have been sent, if the dough sinks, not to mention, they have been sent too much.
