Beef is rich in protein, and its amino acid composition is closer to human body needs than pork.
Beef can improve the body's ability to resist diseases, and is especially suitable for people who are growing and developing, and who are nursing after surgery and illness, in terms of supplementing blood loss and repairing tissues.
My family often makes braised beef or sauce beef. Although the stewed beef is simple to make, if you don't master it well, the taste will be greatly reduced.
This time I used 53% sauce-flavored white wine to make stew beef. Although the seasoning is extremely simple, when the pot is mature, it will smell full of fragrance and the taste is even more mellow and attractive.

Tips:

The beef is blanched in cold water for a better taste.
You can use rice wine instead of white wine, or stew with beer, which can remove the fishy meat and increase the aroma.
Add the salt last to make the beef softer.
