Mellow Coffee Toast

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, and turn on the kneading program for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add butter and continue to set the dough for 20 minutes.

After rounding the dough, perform a round at room temperature, about 40 minutes (room temperature 26 degrees)

Once the hair is over, use your fingers to dip dry flour into the dough and pull up. The hole will not retract or collapse.

Exhaust the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it out with the smooth side down.

Press the bubbles on both sides and roll them up. Cover with plastic wrap and continue to relax for 15 minutes

Roll it out again and make the bottom thin.

Roll up from top to bottom.

After the rest of the dough is completed as above, arrange it into the golden non-stick corrugated toast box in the kitchen.

Put it in the Donglingyan baking oven, select the fermentation menu, and proceed to the second serve.

Take it out when it's 9 minutes full, and the oven is preheated at 165 degrees.

Put the lid on the toast box, put it in the oven, select the toast menu, and bake for about 40 minutes.

After baking, tap on both sides of the mold first when out of the oven, and immediately release the mold to let cool.

Tips:
1. I didn't brew the coffee powder in advance, but put it directly together with the flour, and there was no unevenness in the finished product.
