There is always a burst of love for coffee. I remember a period of time in the past few years, two cups a day seemed to be addictive. Then suddenly they lost interest in them for no reason, and watched them expire and finally discarded them.
Maybe I still love coffee in my heart. Recently I bought a lot of coffee with various flavors, so I have today’s coffee toast.
The first time I ate toast without spreading sauce or butter, because it was really fragrant. In the afternoon, I actually fried a French egg on a whim and made a sandwich for afternoon tea. I think that although I am not young, I am still so headstrong. I laughed at myself from the bottom of my heart.

Mellow Coffee Toast

1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, and turn on the kneading program for 10 minutes.

2. After 10 minutes, add butter and continue to set the dough for 20 minutes.

3. After rounding the dough, perform a round at room temperature, about 40 minutes (room temperature 26 degrees)

4. Once the hair is over, use your fingers to dip dry flour into the dough and pull up. The hole will not retract or collapse.

5. Exhaust the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

6. Take a dough and roll it out with the smooth side down.

7. Press the bubbles on both sides and roll them up. Cover with plastic wrap and continue to relax for 15 minutes

8. Roll it out again and make the bottom thin.

9. Roll up from top to bottom.

10. After the rest of the dough is completed as above, arrange it into the golden non-stick corrugated toast box in the kitchen.

11. Put it in the Donglingyan baking oven, select the fermentation menu, and proceed to the second serve.

12. Take it out when it's 9 minutes full, and the oven is preheated at 165 degrees.

13. Put the lid on the toast box, put it in the oven, select the toast menu, and bake for about 40 minutes.

14. After baking, tap on both sides of the mold first when out of the oven, and immediately release the mold to let cool.

15. The shape is full.

16. Fry a French egg to make a sandwich.

Tips:

1. I didn't brew the coffee powder in advance, but put it directly together with the flour, and there was no unevenness in the finished product.
2. Each oven has its own temper. The temperature and time in this recipe are for reference only.
