Melon Slices in Clear Soup

Ingredients: horned melon

Wash the horned melon and cut in half

To remove the flesh and the skin

Cut into slices for later use

Boil water in a pot and add melon slices

Add appropriate amount of shrimp skins and green onions

After boiling, cook for 2 minutes

Season with salt and beef powder

Cook for 1 more minute

Cook until the melon slices are cooked through, then turn off the heat

Tips:
1. There is no beef powder, chicken essence can be used. But the taste is different.
2. You can put a few drops of sesame oil to increase fragrance if you like.
