I saw this kind of melon in the vegetable market, but the seller didn't know what kind of melon it was. I bought one out of curiosity. After washing and cutting it, judging from the veins inside, it should be a kind of horned melon. That is zucchini. It may be a hybrid, so the appearance is a bit different, but it tastes good and tastes good.

Melon Slices in Clear Soup

1. Ingredients: horned melon

2. Wash the horned melon and cut in half

3. To remove the flesh and the skin

4. Cut into slices for later use

5. Boil water in a pot and add melon slices

6. Add appropriate amount of shrimp skins and green onions

7. After boiling, cook for 2 minutes

8. Season with salt and beef powder

9. Cook for 1 more minute

10. Cook until the melon slices are cooked through, then turn off the heat

Tips:

1. There is no beef powder, chicken essence can be used. But the taste is different.
2. You can put a few drops of sesame oil to increase fragrance if you like.
