Meringue

Two egg whites. Beat with a whisk at low speed until thick foam

Add two drops of lemon juice to powdered sugar and beat at high speed to distribute

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix irregularly with a spatula

Put in a piping bag

Feel free to squeeze out the shape you like on the baking sheet

Preheat the oven, put the bakeware in the oven, heat up and down, 150 degrees, 10 minutes, rotate at 120 degrees for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and bake for 10 minutes.
Tips:
When mixing the flour, don't make a circular motion, but mix it up and down irregularly.
