Meringue

Weigh olive oil, sugar, salt, low powder, cooked peanuts, and egg whites.

Add egg whites and sugar to olive oil, stir well to melt the sugar.

Add low flour and stir to form a batter.

Spread greased paper on the baking pan, use a small spoon to spread the batter into the baking pan into a circle.
5.
Sprinkle the ground peanuts evenly at the end.
6.
Preheat the oven, put the peanut pastry in the upper layer at 175 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Tips:
The sugar must be mixed well before adding the flour, otherwise it will not taste good.
