Mexican Flavor-chili Con Carne with Spicy Beef and Beans

Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and peel them

Tomato and onion diced

Red kidney beans cooked in advance (canned food I use)

Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the diced onion and sauté until fragrant

Stir fry with minced beef

Stir fry until the diced tomatoes are completely puree, add the cooked red kidney beans

Tips:
1. The ratio of minced beef to red kidney beans can be adjusted according to taste. Put more red kidney beans, which can be eaten as a main course. Add more minced beef to make bibimbap with minced meat.
2. There is no cayenne chili powder, you can use ordinary red chili powder instead
3. The tomato should be peeled, otherwise the taste will be affected in the end
4. For the canned red kidney beans I use, the raw red kidney beans must be cooked first. The red kidney beans at the end of this dish are only delicious if they are cooked with noodles.
