The last time I made Mexican bread ended in failure. I challenged it again. The second fermentation is good and it is very soft and delicious~

Mexican Honey Bean Chops

1. 75g and 15g high-gluten flour are heated in a microwave oven to a paste, cool and refrigerate for 1 hour

2. Put liquid, powder, sugar, salt and yeast in the bread bucket

3. After mixing for 12 minutes, add softened butter and mix for 48 minutes

4. Fermented to double size

5. After exhausting, divide into 6 parts and relax for 15 minutes

6. Take a dough and roll it out

7. Put honey red beans

8. Roll up and close

9. Put all of them in the mold one by one

10. Put two bowls of hot water in the oven and ferment for 40 minutes

11. Soften the butter, add in powdered sugar and beat evenly

12. Add eggs and beat evenly

13. Sift in low-gluten flour, stir evenly into a Mexican batter, and put it in a piping bag

14. After the second fermentation, take it out and squeeze it on the Mexican batter

15. Bake at 160 degrees for 23 minutes

Tips:

The baking temperature depends on the oven brand.
