Mickey Mashed Potatoes

Prepare ingredients onions, green peppers, carrots, potatoes

Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in a microwave oven, cover with plastic wrap (remember to pierce a few small holes with a toothpick, for ventilation)
Turn in the microwave for 7 minutes (the time can be adjusted according to the size of the potato pieces, about 7 minutes)

While microwave the potatoes, dice the green peppers, carrots, and onions. Pour oil in the pan, first pour the onions and carrots and stir, then pour in the green peppers, add salt and stir-fry evenly.
