Mickey Squeezed Bread
1.
Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program.
2.
After a program is over, add softened butter and start the kneading program again until the dough comes out of the film.
3.
Then separate 270g of white dough, add 3g of bamboo charcoal powder, and continue to knead into a smooth black dough.
4.
Both types of dough are put in a clean container, covered with plastic wrap, and fermented.
5.
Ferment to double the size and remove the exhaust gas.
6.
Then divide the black dough into 6 small doughs of 40 and place them on the chimney mold.
7.
Take a dough, roll it into an original slice, and wrap it with coconut filling. (10 grams of coconut filling. I have the recipe for how to make coconut filling, so I won’t be too wordy here)
8.
9.
Close the mouth down and round.
10.
Separate out 6 small doughs of 5g and round them to make Mickey's ears.
11.
Then the black dough is placed on the chimney mold, and the white dough is divided into 12 small doughs of 5g. Round it up and place it in the corresponding position as shown in the figure, and the prototype of Mickey comes out.
12.
Roll the remaining white dough into a sheet, then cut out a round shape of the right size, and then cut it with a knife to form Mickey's face, and cut all six in turn.
13.
Stick to the corresponding part as shown in the figure.
14.
Then make Mickey's eyes out of the black dough.
15.
Then use the remaining white dough, add a little red yeast rice powder, and knead it into a smooth dough.
16.
Roll out the red dough into a dough sheet, cut out 3 bows, and glue them to the corresponding parts as shown in the figure.
17.
Take a little bit of red dough and make Mickey's mouth.
18.
Put it in the oven to preheat 150 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes, pay attention to cover the tin foil after coloring, to prevent the color from becoming too heavy. After baking, take it out immediately, put it on the drying net and let it cool. Then use the white chocolate melted in the piping bag to draw the eyeballs and the dark chocolate to draw the eyebrows.
Tips:
Please be flexible about the liquid, and adjust the milk when mixing the ingredients! You can leave 10-15 grams for later adjustment. The dough should not be colored when it is baked, so as not to affect the finished product. If you are not sure that the bread is cooked, you can look at the bottom of the bread.
