Microwave Cake

Ingredients: low-gluten flour, eggs, milk powder, soft white sugar, blended oil.

Beat the eggs into the fresh-keeping box and add soft white sugar.

Use an electric whisk to beat until a toothpick is stuck in it.

Afterwards, sift in low-gluten flour and mix with milk powder.

Mix well with a spatula.

Next, add the blended oil.

Mix well.

Then, pour the egg batter into the greased crisper.

Put it in the microwave and heat it on high for 7 minutes

Let cool.

Finally, put it on the chopping board and cut it.
