Microwave Lemon Biscuits

Squeeze 15 ml of lemon juice from half a lemon; then cut into two pieces and peel off the flesh

Use a knife to carefully remove the white flakes on the lemon peel, so that the taste of the biscuit won’t be bitter

Cut the lemon zest into cubes and set aside
