Microwave Lemon Crisp

Mix the two types of flour, add baking soda, mix well and set aside.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Pour the salad oil into a large bowl.

Add half of the sugar, stir and rub with a small spoon.

Add the remaining sugar and continue rubbing until the sugar melts.

Add the egg liquid to the oil and sugar mixture three times, feel resistance while stirring, continue to rub until saccharification.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Pour the flour into the egg mixture and mix well from top to bottom.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Take a piece of dough and add it to make a shortbread cookie.

This plate of shortbread hasn’t been eaten before it’s been shot.

Re-dose, rub the dough into small crispy fruit with the palm of your hand. Put it on the microwave turntable, put it in the microwave oven, and bite on high heat for 1 minute.

Take it out and see that the puff pastry has been shaped. Turn it over by pushing it with your hand, and put it in the microwave oven again on high heat for 1 minute.

Take it out and see, it's basically cooked. Put it in the oven again, and bite it on low heat for 1 minute until the surface of the crispy fruit is slightly yellow.
