Microwave Peppermint Cookies

Prepare flour and starch.

Prepare mint tips.

Pour rapeseed oil into a bowl, add fine sugar and mix well.

Add starch to flour, mix well and set aside. Knock the eggs in a bowl and beat them up; pour the beaten eggs into the sugar and oil mixture and stir to emulsify.

Pour the flour into the sugar, oil and egg mixture.

Stir into a slightly dry dough and pour in the mint leaves.

Divide the mixed dough into several portions, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and roll them into 2-3mm thick noodles. Chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Tear off the fresh-keeping bag and divide the refrigerated dough into small pieces.

Put the dough on the microwave serving plate.

Put it in the microwave oven; microwave cooking on high heat for 1 minute; observe the dry humidity of the biscuits, put it back in the oven, adjust the microwave to medium heat for 1 minute; turn it over, microwave on high heat for another 1 minute.

After the baked biscuits are allowed to cool, they are put into a fresh-keeping bag and sealed for storage.
Tips:
1. People with weak body and diabetes should not eat mint.
2. Don't eat turtle meat when eating mint.
