The mint on the balcony grows vigorously and is often used for soaking in water.
Fresh mint is often used to make dishes or desserts to remove the fish and lamb smell, or with fruits and desserts to enhance the flavor.

Microwave Peppermint Cookies

1. Prepare flour and starch.

4. Pour rapeseed oil into a bowl, add fine sugar and mix well.

5. Add starch to flour, mix well and set aside. Knock the eggs in a bowl and beat them up; pour the beaten eggs into the sugar and oil mixture and stir to emulsify.

6. Pour the flour into the sugar, oil and egg mixture.

7. Stir into a slightly dry dough and pour in the mint leaves.

8. Divide the mixed dough into several portions, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and roll them into 2-3mm thick noodles. Chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

9. Tear off the fresh-keeping bag and divide the refrigerated dough into small pieces.

10. Put the dough on the microwave serving plate.

11. Put it in the microwave oven; microwave cooking on high heat for 1 minute; observe the dry humidity of the biscuits, put it back in the oven, adjust the microwave to medium heat for 1 minute; turn it over, microwave on high heat for another 1 minute.

12. After the baked biscuits are allowed to cool, they are put into a fresh-keeping bag and sealed for storage.

Tips:

1. People with weak body and diabetes should not eat mint.
2. Don't eat turtle meat when eating mint.
