Microwave Pork Floss
1.
Cut the whole lean meat slightly into the shape shown in the picture, and blanch it with ginger for 5 minutes, pick up and remove the ginger
2.
Put the blanched lean meat into an electric pressure cooker, evenly sprinkle all the salt, 20g sugar and 10ml soy sauce, do not need to put water, adjust the pressure cooker to the cooking position
3.
After cooking in the electric pressure cooker, you will find a lot of water. Use chopsticks to pick it up and spread it out on a plate.
4.
Put it directly into the microwave oven and bake on high heat for 6 minutes, turn over once in the middle, then bake on medium heat for 10 minutes, and turn it over twice in the middle. The picture is like this, it is relatively dry and colored. No need to cover the plate
5.
Chop all the meat and mix with the remaining soy sauce and sugar
6.
After mixing, continue to bake in the microwave on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring 5 times in the middle, until it is completely dry.
7.
After cooling, put it in the sorter, stir and grind.
8.
It's loaded! Fragrant, moderately sweet and salty, and tastes really good
Tips:
Microwave-made pork floss is naturally not as crunchy as it is fried in a wok, but it is easy to operate and save effort, so you can try it.
