1.
Squeeze the garlic chili sauce in a bowl, dilute with a little bit of cold water and set aside
2.
Take an appropriate amount of corn oil and sunflower oil. If you use soybean oil, be sure to heat it to cool in advance, otherwise it will taste like raw soybean oil.
3.
Wash the enoki mushrooms and dry them, spread a layer on a plate, brush the surface with more oil, brush the prepared garlic chili sauce, and sprinkle a layer of cumin and sesame seeds. Then spread a layer of enoki mushroom and repeat the above steps. It is enough to spread about three layers, it is too thick to be easy to be cooked
4.
Put the plate and enoki mushrooms in the microwave and heat for two minutes on medium-high heat.
5.
Take out the bottom layer and the top layer is almost ready to fire. Use chopsticks to turn up the bottom layer, turn the top layer to the bottom, and put it in the microwave oven. Heat for two minutes on medium-high heat. The delicious roasted enoki mushrooms will be ready in just a few minutes. Up. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle a pinch of cumin chili noodles.
Tips:
You can put hot sauce according to your own taste, I like to put more, especially with rice. Try not to use soybean oil as much as possible. If you use soybean oil, it must be heated before use, otherwise there will be a fishy smell of raw soybean oil. The freshly made enoki mushrooms are very hot on the plate, so take them out with gloves to prevent burns.
